Mentoring Day 2025 at 2G

A strong initiative to promote young talents who want to help shape the future with their innovative ideas: Together with its partners, 2G Energy AG and Westfalen AG, the REACH - EUREGIO Start-up Center has launched the Headventures ideas competition. As part of this competition, the Mentoring Day took place last week at 2G Energy AG - a day full of exchange, inspiration and practical feedback. Our CEO Christian Grotholt was there as a mentor and supported the participating start-ups with valuable impulses and insights from business practice.

In his presentation, Christian Grotholt spoke about the special circumstances under which 2G was founded. He described how Ludger Gausling placed his trust in him at the time and offered him framework conditions that enabled him to put his innovative ideas into practice - a decisive impetus for the company's success today.

Christian Grotholt particularly emphasized how important it is to him to be involved in initiatives such as Headventures. He sees supporting young talent, encouraging them and giving back some of his own experience not only as a responsibility, but also as a matter close to his heart. An all-round successful event that once again shows how much potential there is in collaboration - especially when experience meets innovation.
