Delivery of a large heat pump in Erkner

An important milestone for the heat transition in Brandenburg: with the delivery of our large heat pump, the boiler house in the city center of Erkner is now fully equipped.

From the fall, green district heating will flow here - generated by an innovative combination of biomethane CHP and highly efficient heat pump technology of 2G.

The new system at a glance:

In future, the green heat supply will supply the city administration, the education center and the Erkner housing association, among others, in a reliable and climate-friendly manner.

The project is made possible by the close cooperation between the EWE subsidiary TEWE, strong regional partners and targeted funding as part of the federal subsidy for efficient heating networks.
