2G Service Manager Days in Heek - Shaping the Future of Global Service Together

Service managers from 21 subsidiaries of 2G Energy AG gathered at the company’s headquarters in Heek to discuss the future of 2G’s global service operations. The event focused on two key objectives: developing a common strategy for global service and defining specific measures to support further growth in the service sector.

In a series of workshops, participants explored key international service processes and discussed how service quality can be further improved worldwide. Through presentations, open discussions, and the sharing of experiences and best practices, challenges were identified and solutions were developed collaboratively.

In addition to professional collaboration, there was also plenty of opportunity for personal interaction. A group visit to Nienborg Castle offered participants fascinating insights into the region’s history and the roots of 2G Energy.

The Service Manager Days were a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration among the subsidiaries and learn from one another. It was particularly important to share successful ideas and experiences from each country so that the entire 2G Group could benefit from them.
