This project is distinguished by its groundbreaking achievement: generating approximately 7000MWh of clean energy annually from landfill waste, which significantly contributes to reducing environmental impact and advancing clean energy initiatives. The Hyland Highway Landfill project underlines the expertise of 2G Energy and its partner Evo Energy Technologies in the field of sustainable energy. 
 

The Hyland Highway Landfill project highlights Evo Energy Technologies' and 2G Energys' expertise in the field of sustainable energy. The project involved implementing advanced technologies, including a biogas generator and specialised biogas treatment systems, to efficiently convert landfill waste into renewable energy. This initiative not only reduced the landfill's reliance on traditional energy sources but also contributed to substantial financial savings for Latrobe City Council.
 

The recognition of this project as a finalist in the Premier's Sustainability Awards is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and innovation. The Hyland Highway Landfill project serves as a benchmark in the waste-to-energy sector, demonstrating our ability to develop and execute projects that deliver both environmental and economic benefits.
