Martin Place in Sydney became a hallmark of urban sustainability with the installation of an agenitor 206, a 220kW natural gas cogeneration engine. This significant development in the 'civic heart' of Sydney has contributed to reducing the building's CO₂ footprint and assisted in achieving a 6 star Green Star/5 star NABERS outcome, marking a pivotal shift towards sustainable urban energy solutions.

The cogeneration engine, expertly installed by MPower, on the top level of 60 Martin Place, exemplifies a commitment to eco-efficient energy solutions in urban settings​​.
