This significant development in the 'civic heart' of Sydney has contributed to reducing the building's CO₂ footprint and assisted in achieving a 6 star Green Star/5 star NABERS outcome, marking a pivotal shift towards sustainable urban energy solutions. Martin Place in Sydney CBD has become a model of sustainable urban development with the installation of a 2G Agenitor 206, a 220kW cogeneration engine running on natural gas.
This installation is a significant stride towards sustainability. It not only reduces the building's CO₂ footprint but also contributes to achieving a 6 star Green Star/5 star NABERS outcome. The cogeneration engine, expertly installed by our partners, MPower, on the top level of 60 Martin Place, exemplifies a commitment to eco-efficient energy solutions in urban settings.
