The cogeneration project

In line with its sustainability mission, the Parc Hotel Du Lac has recently invested in the installation of a g-box 20 cogenerator from 2G Italia. With an electrical output of 20 kW and a thermal output of 44 kW, the g-box 20 is an advanced technological solution for energy efficiency.

This compact unit has been integrated into the hotel's engine room, in parallel with other air-conditioning equipment, including gas boilers and chillers for cooling. This synergistic configuration ensures optimal management of energy resources, contributing to a more rational and sustainable use of energy.

The installation of the g-box 20 has been managed to ensure maximum operational efficiency and integration with existing systems. The combined heat and power unit is able to supply heat and electricity continuously, optimising the use of resources and minimising waste. This project reflects Parc Hotel Du Lac's commitment to pursuing operational excellence and environmental sustainability.
