The Onda della Pietra Fitness Center, in the province of Reggio Emilia, is open all year round and requires electricity and heat in significant quantities. To meet this need, the centre, thanks to the support of Edil Borgonovi, opted for two g-box 20 micro cogeneration units from 2G Italia, which provide electricity and heat in the form of hot water.

The system works intelligently, adapting the energy supply to seasonal needs and allowing significant savings.

The efficiency of the cogeneration system allows Onda della Pietra to cover a large part of its energy needs on site, significantly reducing external supply costs. The g-box 20, inserted in a compact and soundproofed package, adapt perfectly to the surrounding environment, guaranteeing low noise levels.

A distinctive feature of these cogenerators is their versatility in using the energy produced. They can favor the production of electric or thermal energy, depending on needs, exploiting both natural gas and biomethane. Thanks to the use of the latent heat of condensation in the exhaust fumes, these systems achieve surprising efficiency, even exceeding 100%.

The Onda della Pietra fitness center has proven to be an example of excellence in the adoption of cutting-edge technologies for a more sustainable and efficient approach to energy management. The choice of 2G cogeneration made it possible to significantly improve the sustainability and profitability of the entire structure, demonstrating a constant commitment towards a greener and eco-friendly future.
