The Towers at Tower Lane, residing in New Haven, Connecticut, utilizes (1) aura 404 with an output of 100kW. This facility is a distinctive non-profit apartment and assisted living retirement community in the heart of one of New England's most historic and vital cities. This unit will produce 40% of this facilities energy through cogeneration with hot water recovery, allowing the facility to utilize the savings to feed those elderly residents who live on a fixed income through a food sustainability program. The project makes meals more accessible and affordable, improving nutrition for those in need for the next 25 years.

This energy justice project has received support from Senators Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal, for Congressionally Directed Funds. This ribbon cutting featured the Mayor of the City of New Haven, Justin Elicker, former Commissioner for Energy and Environmental Protection, Robert Klee, former State Senator, Gayle Slossberg, the Towers Board of Directors, donors, volunteers and community supporters.
