This site, residing in Caguas, Puerto Rico utilizes (3) of 2G Energy’s avus 1000b's with an output of 3400 kWe. Using LNG as fuel eliminates the need to burn diesel, ultimately reducing the companies’ carbon footprint. These three systems are designed for 24/7 operation with an electrical and thermal efficiency of >90%.

This site creates 90% electric and 40% steam augmentation, utilizing a heat recovery system, recycling the waste heat created by the engines for thermal energy. These systems also have an additional hot water circuit available, which could be used for absorption chilling or other thermal augmentation needs. This system is optional for use, but not currently necessary for current projects. This site is also equipped with a decoupled plate and frame heat exchanger for additional hot water supply as needed.
